Since our founding in 1978, United Construction has grown from a small industrial/commercial contractor in Reno, NV to a best-in-class construction company with a national reach. United Construction was originally established as a Design-Build firm, and to this day we have stayed true to our roots by still performing over 50% of our projects as a Design-Build or Design-Assist (CMAR) Contractor. We partner with external design firms for numerous projects and also offer an in-house architectural design team that uses state-of-the-art BIM technologies for feasibility, planning, concept and working design documents. Additionally, we provide and tailor General Contracting, Feasibility, Due Diligence, and Construction Management services as needed by our customers. With the flexibility of a small firm and the resources and expertise of a large firm, we compete with companies large and small to provide a variety of nimble and innovative solutions for our customers. Our Tenant Improvement Division performs TI and renovation projects with values from $5,000 to $15 million, while our Core and Shell Division performs projects with values of up to $75 million for new facility and site development projects.
