On November 1, 2010, I opened a private investment shop, JPH Realty Advisors, in Bala Cynwyd, PA. The firm focuses on acquiring 20K to 200K square foot open air retail centers throughout New England and the Mid Atlantic states, as well as mixed use and multi-family assets in the Philadelphia MSA. With a 20 year track record of success in the retail real estate industry, I am confident that I will be able to provide superior returns to both investors and tenants.
