Western Wealth Capital has acquired a total of 42 multifamily properties (8,205 total units), with the majority transacted in the last three years. To date, the purchase price value of all Western Wealth Capital acquisitions is $707 million. We have a singular focus: create wealth through well-selected real estate investment.
