The Center for WorkLife Law (WLL) focuses, at any given time, on a few projects that hold the promise of producing meaningful social or institutional change within a three to five year timeframe. Our primary work areas include women's advancement, interrupting racial and gender bias in the workplace, family responsibilities discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, and work-life issues for men as well as women. We conduct practical, intersectional research and create concrete tools that transcend race, class and gender.
