Community Project benefits crisis support charities across the UK with the donation of vital funds, equipment amd awareness to ensure that no-one goes without the basic essentials to keep their families fed, sheltered and clothed. Our retail unit in Telford accepts donations of reusable furniture, clothing and bric-a-brac that are then offered for sale at a very cheap price to those who need it most. It also sells brand new furniture at huge discounts that are available to everyone. In 2017, we opened a pop-up social supermarket; a place to purchase surplus food that is available to all, and where 100% of the surplus profits are donated back to the community. As a social enterprise and registered charity, we also support businesses and corporates to strengthen their CSR, employee engagement and customer relations initiatives.
