Everyday (except Sunday) CrossFit Kings Point holds group classes on the hour during these times. The group classes are lead by our experienced Certified CrossFit trainers who program a workout everyday in advance (so you don't have to). They start off by taking the group through a thorough total body warm up. This is followed by a explanation and demonstration of the skills asked to be performed in the upcoming "WOD" (Workout of the Day). The trainer will make sure the entire class is comfortable with all of the skills asked to be performed that day before moving on to the WOD. Once the group is confident in the exercises the WOD will begin with "3….2….1…..GO!" The WOD's usually last anywhere between 10-40 minutes and consist of constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity with the assistance of our Certified CrossFit Coaches. All workouts are scaled to individual fitness levels. This allows for anyone to complete the WOD regardless of age, weight or size! You can chart your progress easily because the WOD is generally scored by time.
