Hilderstone College is a non-profit state English language college with over 45 years experience offering a wide range of high quality English language courses (minimum age 16 for individuals on adult courses, 14 for groups) and for teachers of English or CLIL. The College is accredited by the British Council, a member of English UK and IALC. Our goal is to help students reach their full potential fast and effectively and our staff are dedicated to ensuring that students have an enjoyable and valuable stay. We have well-equipped classrooms and free Wi-Fi throughout the College. Our multimedia Learning Centre has all the study materials you will need for your stay, a state-of-the-art digital listening centre, free internet access and every student receives a free Google for Education account. Hilderstone College is located in the centre of the beautiful seaside town of Broadstairs with its golden sandy beaches, interesting shops and architecture, and wide range of restaurants and cafes. Broadstairs is easily accessible from all London airports as well as Ashford and Ebbsfleet International Stations and the port of Dover. We are 25 minutes from Canterbury, 1 hour and 20 minutes from London, and 2 hours from Paris by train. We arrange homestay accommodation in single rooms (also twin-rooms when preferred) with friendly, caring local homestay providers. We also organise a varied social programme of evening and weekend activities and trips to places including London, Oxford, Cambridge and Canterbury.
