I am a Yoga, Pilates & ChiBall teacher and Life Coach. I provide private tuition and classes for spas, health-clubs, corporate enterprises, schools and local authorities across Middlesex, Surrey and Berkshire. I also run retreats in the UK and mainland Europe that include guided walks and walking mediation. I provide workshops on meditation & visualisation and stress management. I taught Yoga at all three International Yoga Festivals in Egypt & Jordan. This year I shall be teaching again at the Yoga Show at Olympia, London.
