While I started out writing sales letters, I soon learned clients needed much much more. Fortunately for both of us, I'm able to meet many of those needs. Sure a great sales letter, email series or Adwords ad helps boost sales but what good is that if your potential customers get stuck on some strange glitch you've overlooked - like insisting on a zip code for a downloadable product? How many sales can you lose? How many do you want to? Here's where I come in...
