The All In Diary is an innovative resource to support better quality, more effective and more inclusive humanitarian action. It: - offers a comprehensive, single source for the most up-to-date humanitarian information and resources, - is relevant to all those involved in emergencies: international, national, and local humanitarian workers, - presents un-biased cross sectoral information from a wide variety of sources, - focuses on distribution at the onset of a disaster; providing information where, and when it is needed. The 50 topics within the All In Diary cover: - humanitarian principles - humanitarian guidelines and systems - managing disasters - managing humanitarian projects - technical guidance - working with different groups - managing people in emergencies The contents have been translated into Tamil, Sinhala, Bangla, Bahasa, French and Spanish (Arabic and Urdu translations are underway). All version are freely available for download from www.allindiary.org. Context specific versions have also been developed in Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe and Pakistan. The All In Diary concept was conceived and developed, and is driven on a voluntary basis by two independent consultants â€“ Linda Richardson and Gill Price, with the support and encouragement of numerous organisations and individuals.
