We are HAP Recruitment, a national event and promotional staffing agency, specialising in all areas of temporary staff for the UK's event industry. Below are a few points about us: We provide experienced bar, promotions staff, catering and hospitality staff, managers, cocktail flairers and mixologists, promotional staff, market research interviewers, event staff, and VIP staff to some of the UK's largest indoor and outdoor music, sporting and conference venues and events. We have also supplied Promotion staff, bar staff, event staff and hospitality staff in numbers ranging from 10 â€“ 1500 from 2013 to date to the following: Latitude Festival, Isle of Wight Festival, Parklife, music gigs at Finsbury Park, Glasgow Green and Hyde Park, Polo in the Park, Goodwood Racecourse, Silverstone, The Ryder Cup at Gleneagles, Twickenham Stadium, The Open Golf Championships at Hoylake, Aintree Racecourse, Epsom Downs Racecourse, Lancashire County Cricket Club, Event City (Manchester), Tatton Park (Cheshire), NEC Birmingham, Edgbaston and many more across the United Kingdom. Since we started in 2013 we have continually sourced ways to enhance the service we supply to our customers leading to the launch of Industry Training in 2016. We have created bespoke Bar, Hospitality, Catering, Customer Service and Health and Safety e-Learning courses. These can be accessed via desktop or via our dedicated mobile and tablet app. We are also an approved centre for the delivery of BIIAB and RoSPA accredited courses through our e-learning environment. Courses include - Scottish and English Personal Licences, Scottish mandatory training, Food safety and more. All staff recruited to work at these events have had a face to face interview. This has allowed us to build a national database of over 12500 experienced staff allowing us to provide anything from 1 member of staff to 1500 members of staff at any one time to any area of the UK.
