IceJerseys.com has a long and storied history that dates back to a time when the Commodore 64 was the best-selling computer in the world. The internet however, was not yet a viable method of conducting business. Our mission to offer the best selection of officially licensed sports merchandise dates back to 1989, when our small sports store, 'Sport Buff', opened its doors across the street from the fabled Montreal Forum. Over the years, the store developed a solid reputation for not only quality products, but for exceptional service as well. A commitment to customer service and satisfaction remains the pillar and strength of our company today. In the early 90's, fans visiting Montreal for a hockey game would make a point to drop by, eager to purchase anything they could find in their team's colors. They would later call from Boston, Toronto, New Yorkâ€¦ and soon England, France, Germany and Australia. Whether it was a hockey jersey, a football sweatshirt or a snapback, they remembered that the store across from the Forum would likely have what they were looking for. Our first venture into online retail came in 1999, with NHLHockeyJerseys.com. The site, dedicated to those same diehard fans from around the world, later became IceJerseys.com in the fall of 2002. Our recipe for success online would be to essentially replicate what we had successfully done for a decade in our original retail shop, which involved mindful product selection and most importantly, a helpful and knowledgeable staff to ensure a positive shopping experience. Following the transition to IceJerseys.com, we grew rapidly and evolved with emerging technologies to become an international player in online sports retailing. We currently offer a growing selection of both MLB and NFL merchandise to complement our NHL product lineup, with the hopes of fulfilling all of the sporting desires of our customers.
