In-store filming uses the latest digital CCTV to capture the detailed behaviour of every shopper at fixture over a given time period. Xtraviews are interviews that also analyse facial expressions, emotional signals and other non-verbal communication, thus putting the words spoken in real context of what the shopper is communicating. Unaccompanied shops allow the shopper to give a much more detailed account of their 'at fixture'â€‹ experience and decision making process far less invasively than traditional accompanied shops. Eye tracking uses the latest tetherless equipment to uncover exactly what shoppers look at in-store and to then compare it with what they mentally process and respond to (in other words, see).
