eHealthAnalytics leverages the opportunities provided by the innovative use of sophisticated advanced analytic technologies to exploit the explosive growth of patient-related healthcare data and the ability to collect, share, store, and analyze that data at a relatively low cost. However, the mere availability of a massive amount of information is meaningless in the absence of the means to integrate, standardize, and govern it, as well as present it in a meaningful and coherent form in ways that increase the value and utility of this information in the real world of healthcare, research, and policies. Too much data with too little insight has been an ongoing problem for the healthcare industry. Our highly-experienced team of world-class experts, award winners, forward thinkers, and pioneers in their respective fields of Data Science, Data Governance, and Medical Informatics have the collective experience and wisdom to design, construct, and manage the well-curated and highly-governed intelligent data lakes required to enable the innovative use of both predictive and prescriptive analytics to combine, mine, and monitor both the structured and un-structured real-world data that are amenable to pattern recognition approaches that provide the ability to see important but previously unrecognized relationships. Our current product offering, MedDev PREDICT, focuses on medical devices. Using data from a wide variety of sources, including a device manufacturer's embedded device sensors, social media and blogs, adverse event reports, EMRs, and various device safety databases, we deploy our Deep Machine Learning models to predict when, where, and what type of fault is likely to occur in a medical device. Our unique prescriptive analytics offer alternatives to mitigate or avoid device recalls as well as the rationale behind those choices.
