Since its founding in 1928, the Hebrew Hospital Home has grown to include a long-term residential health care facility, a leading Medical Model Adult Day Health Care Program, a social model Adult Day Care Program, a Home Care program serving over 1800 patients in the community and a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA). Voted as US News and World Report for Most Outstanding Nursing Homes, Hebrew Hospital Home of Westchester and Fieldstone at Westchester Meadows were honored in 2011 and 2012.
