By directly observing, engaging and co-designing with our clients and their customers we: • Optimise service delivery - Delivering the most appropriate (scope and mechanism) service in the most cost effective fashion based on real (not perceived) service user needs. • Identify and remove customer frustration points - Increasing service user satisfaction, ensuring retention and driving customer attraction. • Drive ‘best channel' adoption - Making best use of the service delivery channels available (face-to-face, contact centre, digital) that ensure a customer experience that is fit for purpose and highly adoptable • Innovate through co-design - Work with the customer to identify new, innovative service features and functions - the missing pieces of the puzzle.
