Junior Achievement of Southern California is a non-profit organization whose mission is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. Our three pillars of success: entrepreneurship, financial literacy and work readiness, are helping prepare young people for the real world by showing the economic relevance of staying in school, building self-confidence, and inspiring them to dream big for their futures. We reach more than 100,000 students from K-12 during the school year through the generosity of more than 4,000 volunteers in the Southern California area. Together we are teaching a generation of young people the business of life.
