W H Bond & Sons was established in 1957 as a family farming business. Through several generations the business has evolved and diversified whilst still focusing on its agricultural background. Through the 1970's and 80's the family developed and owned the now world famous St. Mellion Golf & Country Club and with the assistance of a certain Jack Nicklaus they created one of the finest golf courses in the world. With the next generation of Jon, Chris and Alison taking the business through its next phase the company now consists of eight individual departments that provide a one stop shop for all construction and agricultural services. The family currently farms 2,000 acres across South East Cornwall and employs over 100 direct and indirect personnel within the following departments: Timber Sales, Plant Hire, Machinery Sales, Civil Engineering, Landscaping, Recycling, Agriculture and Training.
