Progressive Builders was founded in 1980 in Richmond, BC. Our predecessor, Progressive Homes, was the second largest social and non-profit housing developer in BC, and completed thousands of affordable homes and care facilities for CHMC and BC Housing. We have diversified to provide general contracting, construction management and design-build services for all types of wood-frame, concrete, and structural steel projects. We are bondable through Western Surety, registered with the Home Owners' Protection Office, and insured by Travelers Guarantee. We have solid financial and development resources via our extended corporate family but provide the responsiveness and service of a medium sized company.
