The Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center and is a member agency of the United Way of Greater Chattanooga (TN). Primary Healthcare Centers is dedicated to improving the health status of all its patients by providing accessible, affordable, quality primary health care services (medical, dental, mental health, outreach and education) to everyone, regardless of ability to pay.
