Fuller's has been a part of the Thames riverside since 1845, brewing from the Griffin Brewery in Chiswick, West London. We are London's last remaining traditional family brewery and are well known for our outstanding, delicious beers and welcoming, friendly pubs. There are two divisions to the business – Fuller's Beer Company and Fuller's Inns. Last year, our Beer Co. brewed 217,000 barrels of award-winning ale and launched our first craft lager, Frontier. Our beer is sold through our own pubs and hotels across the South of England, as well as pubs, clubs and supermarkets. We also export to countries around the world. Our Inns pride themselves on our outstanding cask conditioned ales, delicious food, great wines and exemplary service. We are acutely aware of the role that traditional pubs play in British culture and their local communities, and work hard to ensure our pubs provide great surroundings and food and drink for all who walk through our doors. We encourage our pubs to become the centre of their communities, supporting their work by sponsoring local events with donations and assisting with marketing and promotions. The Fuller's family ethos remains strong and is still very evident throughout the business. Many employees stay with Fuller's for much of their working life and we are always striving to make Fuller's an even better place to work. We invest time and resource into the development of our future leaders, including our graduate programme, which aims to attract and cultivate new talent. We recognise and reward excellence throughout the business, whether through promotion or a number of internal awards. We value loyalty very highly and offer a range of benefits to encourage employees to take a stake in the Company's long-term success.
