The Wooditch Company is a privately held risk management and insurance services firm established in 1993. The firm specializes in the negotiation, placement and account stewardship of insurance and risk management programs for companies whose revenues are between $10 million and $1 billion. The structure of our firm is designed for accessibility, efficiency, and creativity. We are a relatively "flat" organization, unladen by middle managers and unfettered by the departmental divisions common to our industry. The Wooditch Company is committed to and has consistently delivered an "artisan" style of stewardship to our client's risk management programs. We are designed to function as our clients' insurance department on Wooditch Company payroll. Our staffing includes individuals whom the industry would classify as value-added. Our Workers' Compensation and liability claims teams are structured and incentivized to provide a sinewed not superfluous approach to claims advocacy. We have taken the liberty to comingle our loss control approach with claims as the two work in conjunction to provide a holistic program of protection.
