We provide geometrically correct ‘BIM ready' Revit models derived from accurate survey data. Our team have been working with point clouds and Revit since 2006.  Our BIM-ready models are used as the foundation for any BIM project involving existing buildings and structures.    Our professional and efficient approach will help ensure your project runs smoothly. Laser Scanning Our team have been using laser scanners and working with point cloud data since 2001. We use the most up to date laser scanning technology. Our 3D Scanners efficiently collect up to 1 million data points per second creating a very dense point cloud. The point cloud is manipulated and enhanced to produce 3D models or 2D Drawings   Measured Building Surveying Platinum 3D Consultants undertake all aspects relating to measured building surveys including floor plans, elevations and sections, as well as area referencing (working to RICS and IPMS standards).
