On April 5, 2011, Kodak announced the divestiture of its global micrographics business to Eastman Park Micrographics, Inc (EPM). The transaction included all micrographic equipment manufacturing, equipment service, media, chemicals, micrographic sales channel relationships, and customer accounts. As a significant part of this transaction, Kodak has agreed to continue to manufacture micrographics media and will also contract with EPM to provide equipment service and support. Eastman Park Micrographics will be headquartered in Rochester NY in their new 90,000 sq ft customized facility. Kodak's sale of its micrographics businesses to Eastman Park Micrographics, Inc. represents a "win-win" solution for our companies, our channel partners and our customers. This transaction will give all parties a dedicated and committed source for micrographics products and services now and into the future. We appreciate your patience as we continue to work through the many business matters that need to be addressed to ensure a seamless transition from Kodak to Eastman Park.
