Following a strategical re-alignment of its resources beginning in 2012, Topa elected to exit the third party fee services business to focus on its own tenant base. Today the Company continues to provide those same services tailored to the needs of a Company owned portfolio measuring in excess of 3 million square feet in 56 properties in high barrier to entry markets consisting of commercial office and retail space with a continued commitment to service and quality. We continue to adhere to the same founding principles – "Professionalism in asset management, property management and timely and accurate financial reporting through a team of experienced real estate professionals."
