Acquisitions are targeted within three main industry sectors; Oil & Gas, Power and Transportation with a bias toward businesses involved with safety / mission critical applications. Our objective is to ultimately sell businesses once they have increased in value following an extensive program of investment and changed management focus. We then return the proceeds to equity holders. Our core expertise remains in products and solutions which prevent explosions wherever hazardous substances such as flammable liquids, gases and dust could occur. Knowledge gained over many years ensures our products protect people, processes and assets whilst also protecting the environment. Customers are spread globally and primarily include companies from the oil and gas industry alongside a number of chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and aviation companies. Businesses in the portfolio benefit from individual investment in order to improve operational performance, sustain cash-flows and drive profitable growth. Acquisitions are financed using a combination of internally raised debt / equity however we are currently considering making opportunities available to external investors. Investx is led by a team with a strong track-record in the implementation of a disciplined strategy which has delivered over $75m value to equity holders over the past few years and it is this value creation which now provides a very robust foundation for growth moving forwards.
