I started Accurate Cleaning as a one man operation in 1994. I found that business is much easier for people who say what they do and do what they say. The days of a one man operation are long gone, but our commitment to quality services AND quality communication has remained our focus. I believe this is the major reason for our success in the commercial cleaning industry. .I started as a power washing company (CA LIC #726090) and expanded into parking lot sweeping, day porter services, minor maintenance, suite clean outs, graffiti removal, and fuel station maintenance In 2011 Accurate became a Bird Be Gone Distributor. We now can install bird spikes, bird netting and other deterrents. We also have a residential division servicing Placer and Sacramento counties. Residential services include house washing, drive way steam cleaning, complete wood deck/siding cleaning, and staining and sealing.
