The Christina School District is Delaware's largest public school system, serving 16,400 students and employing 2,500 people. Our district currently serves the City of Newark and its surrounding suburban areas as well as a portion of the City of Wilmington. Christina has 18 elementary schools, 4 middle schools, and 3 traditional comprehensive high schools. In addition, the District is home to the Christina Early Education Center, Delaware School for the Deaf, Delaware Autism Program, Douglass Alternative School, REACH and Options Programs, Networks School for Entrepreneurial Studies, and Sarah Pyle Academy.
