MANY THANKS Essex Online Partnership (popularly known as EOLP) is a technology partnership that all Essex Local Authorities, Essex Fire & Rescue and Essex Police subscribe to. The partnership strategy looks at new ways of working, and actively seeks collaborative working through procurement frameworks. Projects such as the Sharing Talent across Essex striving to better share skills and resources across the partnership. EOLP was formed in 2002 from an IT Manager Group and now supports 4 working groups, focusing on Strategic Management, Opportunities Through Technology (OTT), Web and Geographical Intelligence. The partnership is sponsored by the Essex Authority Chief Executives group and reports to the group regularly on their annual Work Programme and ICT Strategy.
