Home at Heart is an Ottawa based family owned company founded on the principles of superior customer service and attention to the individual needs of our elderly clients. We are a non-medical care and support agency, helping seniors and disabled adults in Ottawa and surrounding area with their daily living needs.This can be at home, in a retirement residence, a nursing or long-term care facility or hospital. We offer assistance to include home support (meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, errands and shopping), companion care (including dementia care); drives to appointments, overnight and 24hr stays, patient sitting, personal support work, organizing and home and yard maintenance. All of our caregivers are mature (aged over 40), are thoroughly screened and referenced checked and all have full personal liability and theft insurance. We are compassionate, respectful and diligent in our service provision and we are honoured to care and support seniors and disabled adults with maintaining their independence.
