Founded by veteran driver Bryan Herta and noted race engineer Steve Newey, Bryan Herta Autosport (BHA) debuted in Firestone Indy Lights competition in 2009. BHA made their IZOD IndyCar Series debut in the 2010 Indianapolis 500 and did the unthinkable in 2011 by winning the 100th Anniversary Indianapolis 500 race with the late, and great, Dan Wheldon at the wheel. BHA was also the official test team for the exciting new 2012 IZOD IndyCar Series chassis. In 2012, BHA, our new driver Alex Tagliani, and our exciting partners Lotus, Barracuda Networks, and our iconic sponsors in the music and fashion industries, will be racing full time in the biggest races in the sport as part of the IZOD IndyCar Series.
