Rayliant Global Advisors (RGA) is a Hong Kong-based investment management group with $25B assets under supervision. RGA was founded in 2012 and has offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, Taipei and Irvine. RGA specializes in Quantamental investment strategies targeting emerging markets, especially Greater China and provides services to global investors, including governments, endowments, foundations, corporations and individual investors, through three business divisions: Research, IP Licensing, and Asset management. RGA is led by Jason Hsu, a well-established leader in factor investing research and co-founder of Research Affiliates. Jason has published over 40 journal articles and has won numerous awards for his work. He is Adjunct Professor of Finance at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
