The Chinese-American Planning Council (CPC) provides Chinese-Americans in New York City with access to services, skills and resources for economic self-sufficiency and integration into the American mainstream. Founded in 1965, and now with over 50 social services and 29 locations in New York City (including Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens), CPC is the largest Asian social services organization in the United States, serving the largest population of Chinese families outside of China.
