The Psychology Foundation of Canada is a national charitable organization whose focus is creating and providing prevention programs that help children thrive and become confident! This confidence and resiliency at an early age will result with them become mentally healthy and productive adults. We provide a suite of programs that teach skills, not just information that goes unread. Our programs are research-based and effective - we use the best psychological knowledge to create our programs - reviewed and endorsed by eminent psychologists. Our programs and resources are used all across Canada and have even been referenced in written collaborations internationally. PFC's major programs include Kids Have Stress Too!® and Stress Lessons, Parenting for Life, Make the Connection, Staying on Top of Your Game and Diversity in Action. We also have just released an online Stress management tool, Stress Strategies, that allows individuals with stress to create a customized real life action plan to help reduce the negative effects and opinions of stress.
