The John Molson Competition Committee (JMCC) is a committee at the John Molson School of Business in charge of recruiting, selecting and sending undergraduates to business competitions. Each year JMCC selects 160 students from over 1000 applications, and places them on an academic, sport, social or debate teams. Each team is provided with coaching resources, tools and simulations for them to grow their skill and become contributors outside of regular classes. The JMCC Team overseas back office operations of what it takes to send and manage the members of the delegation and its events. The mission of JMCC is to provide a competitive opportunity for its delegates and create a learning environment that conveys professionalism, sustainability and success.
