New Water announced the first and final close of its inaugural private equity investment fund, New Water Capital Partners, L.P. ('NWC I'​) in 2015, closing at its hard cap of $406 million. NWC I will focus on lower-middle market investments, including turnarounds, underperformers, corporate carve-outs, and companies in transition in the target areas of consumer products, retail, and manufacturing and services. New Water is led by partners Jason Neimark, Brian McGee, John Disa and Mark Becker.
