This process takes a little longer due to the detail that goes into every search; candidates are interviewed against set KPIs and undergo an on-line Personality Profile Assessment (PPA) . SUMMIT SELECTION Summit Selection is dedicated to sourcing candidates for middle management (â€˜marzipan layer') positions, typically carrying a base salary of between Â£70,000 and Â£100,000. This involves using our market knowledge and expertise to identify â€˜rising talent' within the industry.
