Founded in 1892, Juliette Fowler Communities serves elders, children, youth and families. Services include a continuum of care for older adults - a five star quality health and rehabilitation center, memory care, assisted living and independent living. Our continuum of care for children includes a collaborative foster care program and transitional living program, The Ebby House, for young women who have aged out of foster care.
