GCP is a lower mid market private equity firm focused on investing in UK SMEs valued between Â£10m and Â£50m. GCP has an innovative and differentiated product because typically the firm provides all or the majority of the funding in any transaction. This approach avoids the level of risk that is incumbent in higher debt structures with GCP's investment returns being driven by active value creation through, for example, buy and build, expansion into international markets and operational improvement.
