You've probably experienced the problemâ€¦ You have a 'Team', 'Communication' or 'Leadership' training. You spend two or three days really enjoying it. You're energised, have some clear goals, milestones and next steps. Your intentions are good. And thenâ€¦ 'The Post-Training Void'. Monday comes, you're side-swiped by work, and before you know it, it's Friday again. 30 days later and between 80% and 90% of learning momentum is lost. So we decided to do something about it and built a â€˜Personal Learning Environment' (PLE). An individualised and adaptive app designed as an everyday companion for learning transfer and integration. Able to support L&D initiatives whether delivered internally, by preferred suppliers or ourselves. Hosted by a virtual coach sharing 'one-learning-a-day' in a light and informal tone to motivate, remind and encourage both behavioural shifts and continuous development, with the support of real coaches whenever necessary. One-off' trainings now become development campaigns, and participants enjoy a supported learning journey. Void filled. Participants engaged. Learning integrated. Results sustainable. Check, check, check and check. We: 1a. Assist SME's and corporate/enterprise clients by delivering and supporting signature programmes such as 'From Analogue to Digital Leader' and 'Agile Collaboration' or bespoke solutions, using the app and our coaches. 1b. We also provide a SaaS only solution (with conversion and support available as necessary). 2. Provide Coaching and Training companies with a digital platform to support their own client programmes. And in Berlin (for now)... 3. Support Startups (and SME's) to be efficient with 'The Learning Lunch Club', and our soon to be famous ;) 'Two-by-Four'. All learning is practice.
