Our results speak for themselves: * 80% of NPower students get jobs or continue their education after the program. * 70% of our alumni retain their employment within one year of graduation * Salaries of graduates employed upon starting the program are 52% higher, on average The NPower signature training model includes: Tech Fundamentals â€“ A 22-week program consisting of 15 weeks of in-class instruction and professional skill-building followed by a seven-week paid internship. Coursework focuses on basic tech competencies needed for entry level IT employment. Advanced Certifications â€“ They offer multiple paths for advanced IT coursework including Cybersecurity, Coding and IT Service Management designed to prepare NPower alumni for more advanced IT employment.
